Our 4 oz mousse typically thaws in just a few hours in the refrigerator, while the 16 oz mousse takes longer. For the 16 oz size, we recommend allowing it to thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

Once thawed, enjoy straight from the refrigerator for a firmer, chilled texture, or let it sit out for a few minutes before serving for a softer, creamier texture. There’s no wrong way—enjoy your Amouze Mousse just the way you like it.

Your mousse does not need to arrive frozen. It may arrive frozen, partially frozen, or refrigerated—all are perfectly normal.

Each order is carefully packed in insulated packaging with cold packs designed to keep your mousse properly chilled during transit. 

Upon arrival:

• If your mousse arrives frozen, you may keep it frozen or thaw it in the refrigerator.
• If it arrives partially frozen or refrigerated, place it in the refrigerator promptly and do not refreeze.

Once refrigerated, enjoy within 2 weeks.
